Missionary Assistance Group (MAG) was first organized as a ministry in January of 1989 under the watchcare of Providence Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia. In April 1995, MAG was moved to, and became a ministry of, Trinity Baptist Church in Wilson, North Carolina.
MAG has, in the past ten years, helped more than seventy-five missionaries with their transportation needs. MAG vehicles have traveled in excess of 2.1 million miles since the group’s inception.
MAG is not a profit-making work. We cannot continue to operate without the support of faithful churches and individuals who recognize the value of such a ministry.
All contributions received by MAG are used to meet the expenses of the ministry. We have no paid representatives and no one receiving support from MAG.
MAG is governed by an executive board comprised of independent Baptist pastors. The director works for and serves at the pleasure of the executive board. The members of the executive board are as follows:
